Dr. Richard

Dr. Richard is a board certified phthalmologist specializing in Oculo-facial Cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

Prior to the Neigel Center, Dr. Richard practiced at Duke Eye Center for 10 years, where he was also an Assistant Professor with appointments in both the Department of Ophthalmology and Department of Plastic Surgery. READ MORE





About Sarah Lazarus, M.H.S., P.A.-C.

Sarah Lazarus, MHS, PA-C

Sarah is a nationally certified surgical and advanced aesthetics Physician Assistant. Sarah has successfully treated thousands of patients, including several celebrities.

Known as a master Cosmetic injector, Sarah uses her artistic eye, skill and expertise to enhance the natural beauty of patients. Sarah has over 11 years of experience, specializing in injectables, such as Botox, Dysport, Sculptra, Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane and various other injectable fillers.

Sarah also performs sclerotherapy injections to treat spider veins. She believes it’s important to stay current and up-to-date with new techniques to enhance her patient’s appearance and continues to attend national trainings.

Sarah is currently licensed in both NJ and NY. She gained her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Oregon, where she achieved the prestige of being a member of the Honors Track. In 2004, Sarah completed her Physician Assistant Studies/Certification and earned her Masters of Health Science at Quinnipiac University.

It was Dr. Neigel’s goal to find an exceptional Cosmetic injector to care for and treat her patients, including Dr. Neigel herself.
